  1. Hi Alicha,
Social media is definitely the forefront of a company’s position in the market, as its a place where we can promote our product to a larger target market and also connect with our customers as well, thus gaining more exposure for the brand name. Without using any social media platforms companies will fall behind in the market, as many customers will have not known about the brand, which won’t allow the potential for the company to grow. It is crucial for the business to at least have one or all social media accounts as like you mentioned in your blog, since it is an important factor to gain the consumers interest since it will valuable for the company to be successful in the long run. 3. Hey Alicha
I also believe that social media is an extremely powerful tool for businesses today. I do wonder when it should be used and when it shouldn’t though. Because not every business has the same budget or consumer base so using social media really needs to be tailored to each individuals businesses’ objectives.

  4. Hey Alicha, great stuff! I agree that social media is vital for businesses to adopt, especially if they’re targeting a younger audience. Social media gets people talking about businesses through sharing and user generated content of posts. However, one slip-up can also hugely negatively impact their reputation and the way consumers perceive the brand. What do you think are some of the costs that come with using social media for businesses?
