  1. Hey Alicha

Didi seems like another strong competitor in the ride share market. It is interesting how they have tried to create new systems and features, to put them a step ahead of the competition. I can’t see them gaining a competitive advantage over Uber in western markets but I am very interested in what they will do next to stay competitive. Do you think Didi will thrive in western markets or will they be driven out by Uber.

  2. Hey Alicha! It seems that DiDi is ticking a lot of boxes by adding many special features into their app in order to enhance their service. It’s vital that they keep up with their competitors, particularly Uber. With so many app integrations, do you think we will see DiDi in the mainstream anytime soon and surpassing their competitors? Why or why not?

  3. Hi Alicha,
It’s interesting to see how far DiDi has come into the market, especially through their strategy of mobile marketing. They are definitely becoming a more prominent brand to choose from against their other competitors as such like Uber. Their app is really interactive, allowing the customer to be more engaged with the brand which is a reason why it is doing so well commercially.

  4. Hey Alicha,
Another good blog from you. Yes, While Uber is the biggest transportation provider, we do not see any other competition other than DIDI. Previously as a logistics company, DIDI is doing a great job trying to surpass Uber in any way and by any means. Trying to achieve lower prices and provide a better ride experience. I totally agree with you that DIDI has not fully utilized online marketing at this point, there is definitely more space for improvement and growth. Really enjoy reading your blogs. THANKS A LOT FOR SUCH GREAT BLOGS. Looking forward to reading your future blogs.
